- Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies to operate the site and remember preferences. Where required, we will request consent.

Connected Accounts
You can connect accounts from other services (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Notion, or LinkedIn) so that you or your organisation’s AI agents can work in them. See Integrations for the current list. For every connected account:
- Your consent. Each person connects their own account and approves the permissions on the provider’s own consent screen. We access only the data those permissions cover.
- How we use it. Only to provide and improve the user-facing features you use, at your request or your organisation’s request. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- AI models. We do not use data from connected accounts to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- How we share it. We do not transfer it to third parties, except to service providers that host and run the Service, when you direct us to, to comply with law, or as part of a business transfer described above.
- How we protect and keep it. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Data you bring into the Service is handled under the data retention and security sections of this policy.
- How to remove access. You can disconnect an account in the Service at any time, or revoke access in the provider’s account settings. To ask us to delete data, contact us at enquiry@parallelloop.ai.
Additional Terms by Provider
Google. When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Contacts, Tasks, or Google Ads, we access the email, events, files, contacts, tasks, and ads data covered by the permissions you approve, only to carry out what you ask for. Parallel Loop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Parallel Loop does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or ML models. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, compliance, and dispute resolution). You can request deletion by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
- You can opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link (where available)
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us
- You can control cookies through browser settings (some features may not function)
International Processing
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.
