parallel loop's ai agents work inside the tools your team already uses. each person connects their own accounts, approves exactly what the agents can access on the provider's own consent screen, and can disconnect at any time. how we handle data from connected accounts is set out in the connected accounts section of our privacy policy.

google workspace and google ads

with your permission, agents can act in your google account when you or your organisation ask them to:

  • gmail. read, search, and summarise email; draft, send, and reply; apply labels and filters
  • google calendar and meet. check availability, schedule and update events, and add meet links
  • drive, docs, sheets, and slides. find, read, create, and update files, documents, spreadsheets, and decks
  • forms, contacts, and tasks. build forms and read responses, look up contacts, and track tasks
  • google ads. report on campaign performance and make changes you approve

microsoft 365

with your permission, agents can work in your microsoft account:

  • outlook. read, search, draft, and send email; manage calendar events
  • teams. read and post messages in chats and channels
  • onedrive, sharepoint, word, excel, powerpoint, and onenote. find, read, create, and update files, workbooks, decks, and notes
  • to do. create and track tasks
  • power bi. query reports and datasets you have access to

work management

agents can read and update your team's work in:

  • atlassian. search and update jira issues and confluence pages
  • notion. search, read, and edit pages and databases
  • linear. search, create, and update issues and projects

marketing, analytics, and sales

agents can report on and act in:

  • linkedin. publish posts and comments as you, and read your profile
  • meta ads. report on ad accounts and campaigns, and make changes you approve

disconnecting
